Restarting doesn't fix the bug. The bug is in the source code. It has to be found -- and fixed.

Apparently no one listens to me; I already explained the bug last time: http://www.nupedia.com/pipermail/wikipedia-l/2002-October/006053.html
(the fragile feature was implemented in response to this problem: http://www.nupedia.com/pipermail/wikitech-l/2002-October/000996.html )
and have asked for help fixing it: news://news.dfncis.de:119/aoab9j$khdp8$1@ID-114427.news.dfncis.de http://www.nupedia.com/pipermail/wikitech-l/2002-October/001011.html

As I understand it all urls that wikipedia serves (and have variables in) are in the form,
http://www.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=NAMEOFARTCLE&action=ACTION
So couldn't we just use regular expression matching to convert any ampersands between "http://www.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=" and "&action=" ?
