On a similar subject. What is the Wikipedia policy on using music/mp3 clips ?
We don't have that worked out yet. I've been using 10-20 second clips at 64k bitrate, which should easily fall under "fair use" doctrine and are reasonable downloads (see, for example, "Simon and Garfunkel"). No one's complained yet, and I doubt they will.

Most countries, at least in Europe and North America have adopted the Berne Convention rules of 1948 (Brussels) and 1971 (Paris). The USA since 1989-03-01. Most European countries earlier.
