He means the "Support" and "Oppose" sections. If you want to
split your
vote, annotate your "Support" and "Oppose" votes as to which {of Wu or
Cantonese} you are "Support"ing or "Oppose"ing.
I won't be participating in this vote. It's too hard to know which side
to support with the full force of my ignorance, and I'm too little
involved with the issue to take time to dispel that ignorance.
But I agree with Andrew. If a person is going to promote voting on
whatever topic it's his responsibility to describe the issue properly.
It should not be up to others to use divination as a tool for doing the
promoter's homework for him.
