replace the comma check
with a greater-than-zero-size check within twelve
hours.
I strongly support this, although I recommend that an
article be at least 50 bytes. **** the current
article count. If we say we have more articles than
we really do, then we're not being honest. If the
article count falls, it falls. Also, I'm going to go
ahead and start deleting those articles with zero-size
on the Esperanto Wikipedia.
