Hi,
I had raised this issue before on this list. We can now confirm that
several major ISPs in Iran have blocked the Kurdish Wikipedia
(
ku.wikipedia.org).
We are once again asking for advice on this issue. Are there any
experiences in how to deal with such an issue?
