Not really. There used to be [[Special:Popularpages]], and there still is,
but views are not counted any more nowadays. That way, viewing a page does
not influence the database, which gives an improvement in speed. Unlike
other changes for improving performance, AFAIK there are no plans to change
this because of the new database server.
