Presumably the ratings data will be released for people to analyse any way

Since anons don't
have user IDs, I'd have to change the SQL table for that, in addition to
"just" some code, which means work for me ;-)
There is that minor point ;-) It just occurred to me that leaving it
completely open would produce interesting data we wouldn't get otherwise.
