Right, but the one criteria that would be most useful is notability and
I can't achieve that without reading every article and adding
metadata.
I think you'd better get started now, and good luck. But please don't try
to use something as malleable and personal as the size of your computer's
memory as a driver for the English Wikipedia's policy.
