In Germany we're going to have national elections in about 2 months.
The question whether to support the US/UN in a possible attack on
Iraq is part of the election campaigns of the major opponents Schroeder
(who says no since there are already many soldiers in other foreign
missions) and Stoiber (who is not so definitive in stating his opinion
but seems to be rather for supporting UN-forces).
So, for Germany this "non-event" most probably will have an influence on the
election result. Therefor I vote to include it as event and to refactor it
in a few months.
