No. Read the above again. There are no zero votes -- not voting does not
influence the average for that submission.
The calculation actually works in the opposite direction to tht
expected, but
your assertion is false. 549/180 != 548/179 Not voting for an entry
increases its average.
Actually, I just found my vote amone the invalids. Wikipedia was down
immediately after I voted so I wasn't able to check. For some reason ~~~~
didn't get decoded.
