Hoi,
What Tim was saying is that the wikien-l is where things Wikipedia are
discussed. Obviously I know this and it is as should be as obvious that what
is said on this list is only of relevance to the English Wikipedia. The
foundaiton-l is not the place to discuss things that are of relevance to
Wikipedia, hence the name.
