before the ban started. We would have deployed it weeks ago on the Florida
cluster but for lack of a suitable machine. It was just a matter of time
before we did it in Seoul, it's a much better system than DNS round-robin.
While I've been careful in the past not to jeopardise petition attempts, I
don't think we should go so far as to avoid changing our IPs, to stay within
the very small set that the PRC blocked.
Yes, this is ay technically sound move, and should not be a factor in
getting the block lifted.
