That would work fine (it could be in its own frame). Transcluding via framing
is faily common on the net and would also prove useful in Wikibooks modules
that quote/comment on source texts hosted on Wikisource.
For me (as
someone who *does* upload images on the commons), it would fully suffice
to make the commons notice more prominent.
For me, more is needed before I participate.
