Not unless this is a significant number of people.
Fortunately, cases of this general kind are rare. There are some
words that are used differently by different English speakers, and
these should be either replaced by more universal words, or explained,
as the situation warrants.
What is desired is that every article can be read clearly by almost
everyone. Adopting an elitist or majoritarian attitude is unnecessary
when an inclusive and open attitude is available and more effective
for our purposes.
