Just a note on this one: the languages for the WikiLove campaign are
those that flickr accepts - that is why we have traditional Chinese.
If it was for our wikis: I would say yes, also simplyfied. But to make
things sure: I will ask who is working on the flickr part.

Mainly, Chinese people from Mainland of China, Singapore read Simplified
Chinese, while people from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan using Traditional
Chinese. However, the case is mostly Chinese people can understand both
Simplified Chinese and Traditonal Chinese.
