I think that's a very good idea. At times, it's really hard for me to find
the village pump on other language wikipedias I'm not very familiar with
(such as Spanish or Russian) and wouldn't know the name of it.

On Serbian Wikipedia, we put village pump as the second link inside of
navigation bar and I think that it should be implemented on all
Wikipedias. (Not necessary to be the second, but inside of navigation
bar.)
