I would place a request on Meta for Romanesco.
How can I place it?
Thanks

Hoi,
There is no ISO-639-3 code for Romanesco. Unless there is some recognition
by a Standard that Romanesco exists, it will be a tough to get to the stage
of the Incubator. At this time there is no request in Meta and consequently
Romanesco is not even considered.
NB the language committee gives permission to start a project on the
Incubator.
Thanks,
GerardM

It might also help if you start an incubator wiki in Romanesco.

The policy is

pls check you have all the required data before making your official
request
:) Feel free to write me directly in Italian if
that can help.
