This is incorrect. Quite a few websites say it's also used in African
and Asian nations as well, and one of those sites is enwiki.
Exactly. So how are these people going to be able to access an ASL
Wikipedia, if it's sole content is huge video files? If there was a
symbolic way of representing sign language that could be put on paper,
it wouldn't be a problem.
