It directs people to either the Help Desk or to OTRS. The Help Desk appears to be getting a few reasonable queries from organisations, which are being dealt with properly.
No flood of crap yet, which is good :-)
OTRS volunteers - how's it looking from your side?

OTRS is the e-mail client used by the Wikimedia Foundation. Whenever someone sends an e-mail to the Wikimedia Foundation using the Contact page on Wikipedia or other places, it gets sent to OTRS and volunteers answer it on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation or send it to people who can. They also tend to act out actions based on OTRS e-mails.

You can find out about OTRS the open-source software package (we use a slightly different version) at http://otrs.org/ - it's free and there's a nice demo on there if you want to play around.
