I don't know whether it has legal connotations or was written from a manual of style or similar, but to me, 'Thank you to all those who donated from the Wikimedia Foundation!' looks funny. I think 'The Wikimedia Foundation thanks all those who donated [to us/to the Wikimedia Foundation] during [the/our] fundraiser'.

I dare to agree, although I am not a native speaker. The first version makes me confused.
I also wonder if it would have been possible to send out this text, and the "thank you" page, like a week before it was actuallly needed? If you are serious about wanting it translated, that is a must. If it does not matter, well then you can launch the pages the minute they are needed.

I was meaning to find someone on IRC last night with access to this, but failed - it really would read better as "...all those who donated, from the..." - the comma clarifies that we mean [thanks to donors] [from us] not [thanks to] [donors who are part of us].
