Thumbnails not appearing when uploading

I'm having some trouble when uploading multiple photos at the same time, as the photos thumbnails aren't appearing after the upload. That forces me to fill the pictures data (IDs, names, etc.) without seeing the corresponding images, which is difficult if pictures for multiple monuments were uploaded. Is this normal? Someone else has had this problem? Racso

As long as the two processes are running independently (essentially ignoring each other) per your 2nd paragraph, I don't even see a potential problem there. Really just wanting to know what's what. My real interest is the GLAM category. In the US we've got a very interesting Hawaiian ceremonial object snapped by a newbie apparently unrelated to the museum it's in, no real info on the object. I even emailed the museum to make sure it's not copyrighted (no response yet, but it looks 19th century or older to me) So should that pic be in the GLAM category? It's certainly in a known museum on the NRHP. Everything else tells me if there are any restrictions on that category, it shouldn't be in the cat. Guidance? The local juries, and even the international one, are not related to this community process, and the Commons community does not need to wait for them to start or end their work; the juries also do not need to take the judgement of the community into consideration at all. The GLAM category has been created by Maarten, and is intended to gather images of gallery, library, archives and museum buildings uploaded as part of WLM; it is my understanding that everyone is allowed to put his/her images there as long as they represent a GLAM building (though Maarten might comment on this further). After the end of the competition, images gathered in that category will be reviewed by Europeana, and the winner will be awarded a special prize sponsored by that organisation. More information on this will be published on the international website on Sunday. Problem with some localized wizards

Today I noticed a problem with the Romanian upload wizard for WLM, the page loads, but the wizard does not start: http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UploadWizard&campaig… However, if I change the last parameter to English, it works with no problem: http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UploadWizard&campaig… It works for some languages, for others don't, like French: http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UploadWizard&campaig… Not sure when the problem appeared for the first time, but I suspect it may be the cause for the low number of images we received yesterday in Romania. -- nicu :: http://nicubunu.ro :: http://nicubunu.blogspot.com

"Thank you" badge on user pages

Hi all, I just made a template for a "thank you - badge" that will be put on user pages of the participants, both on Commons and Serbian Wikipedia. Filip is helping with the bot, to automate the process of adding these. If you find it useful, feel free to use it: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:WLM2012-Serbia-certificate. Developing voting system for the juries

Hi, WLM-IL team decided to budged up to 2,000$ for developing voting system for WLM juries. I'm looking for developer who can build a basic web program which can be uses by all the others countries also. I'll shortly post a draft how I think the system will need to look like. We looking for something to be used by our judges, not the public (so this tool will not help countries who looking for "crowd-sourcing" voting system). If someone know a good developer who can do it for us quickly, I'll be happy to help contacting him. Itzik
