At this opportunity, I wonder whether we should implement some limitation (e.g. via Titleblacklist) against creating request no. 2, 3, 4, 5 without discussing it with Langcom first. It's a bit pointless to reject requests over and over again, just because people don't accept the policy and create a new one.
