I've made the request [1] for a wikipedia in Kabiye [2] eligible. It's a Niger-Congo language spoken by 975,000 people in Togo [3] (plus a few more in Benin and Ghana). What is more, it's been active on the Incubator for a while [4] and may even be ready for approval [5]. I've started to put my feelers out for an independent scholar to verify the content (no leads yet, though). If I don't hear a 'no', I'll intensify my search for a scholar / Kabiye language expert after the 7-day deadline, i.e. from 16 February.

Thanks, Oliver! I would encourage every LangCom member with enough of Wikimedia experience and enough linguistic confidence to follow Oliver and myself in making eligible obviously valid requests.
Oliver, there is one more page which needs an update [1], but I will for sure check always check if you forgot it or not.
