Dear Wikimedia Education members,
I have been asked a few months ago (and it was on my to-do list but I'm waking up from a long hibernation) to ask to the French Wikipedia community to vote for a few changes so that the Outreach Dashboard could have the right to write on user pages (if i recall correctly) in order fro the French Wikipedia to be able to benefit from the full features of the new Dashboard.
Do you know if it has been done in the meantime and if not, can you recall me what I should ask exactly there ?

I believe Portuguese has enabled this feature, and they might have tips or advice to share as well. I'm not sure of any other examples off the top of my head.

It's true that the first person that contacted me about this feature request told me it was already working in the Portuguese WP. Does this mean it's not the case on the English WP ? Is there a list of WPs that are already in ?
So far, it's only on Portuguese.
