Indeed. One wonders why Chinese has been listed there at all, given that nobody in China would be able to participate (they can view the page, yes, but I'm sure the moment they try to edit it or upload a file, they'll be indefinitely blocked).
One wonders why English gets so much use in the wider world, when most people aren't from England.
