It was reported that much of the Hakka useri nterface was largely localised. Effectively this is not the case.. Could you please finish the job by making the Hakka localisation available ??
i don't usually handle MediaWiki localisations. there are a few people who do work on this, i assume they'll get around to importing them eventually.
