Regarding the list of pages that are missing on en.wp, I think it would be more useful if it could be checked to see if these were missing interwikis not just on de: but also on at least one other large Wikipedia.
The reason for that is that out of that list, all of the pages exist, most of them are well-linked from fr:, es:, it:, pl:, etc., they just happen to be missing from de:, which should be something an Interwiki Bot will take care of eventually.

(but i used MyISAM db, not InoDB, and only with one index. Otherwise, restore is very slow)
