This has something to do with an unlucky recent event on the Dutch
Wikipedia, Mark. Ask André himself if you'd like to know more about it. But
I think it is solved now, more or less.

I don't see why this is nessecary. Other people ask for the same sort of
thing.
But unless you have some sort of psychological disorder where you
can't control your actions at all, you should be able to just not
block and unblock people without a technical measure.
