This raises an interesting issue. How to handle indexes. Typically
these make references to specific page numbers in paper books, but we
usually ignore the original pagination when we upload a book. Maybe an
index could have the page numbers stripped out and link to some kind of
search function. As Spock would say, "Fascinating!"
There are other features which are much needed for Wikisource.
One is footnote. There are also plenty of foonotes in this book, and I don't
know what to do with them.
