Using Grass and a postgres SQL database, it would be

Is there any such project in process? Is there any interest if there
isn't such a project?
There is from me. I have more than two years experience with GIS so far, but
none working with GRASS GIS yet. I'd like to change that in the near future.
Right now I'm taking an Internet-based GIS class.
