I have a question: how do you take away the sysop&bureaucrat status from a user ? After discussion on our Wiki, we all came to the conclusion that one of our sysops who is a bureaucrat as well, should be removed (for those who speak luxembourgish -> http://lb.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:De_Stamminet#Destitutioun_vum_Maradon g )
