If you are logged in as a user with sysop status, there should be a link "Move this page" in the sidebar when looking at an article. Click; type in the new title, hit the button, et voila! The page is renamed, with the complete editing history still intact, but under the new title. A redirect page is created under the old title unless you unclick the check box for that.
Note that it doesn't currently carry the associated talk page over automatically; that should probably be added too.
