Just an idea: what about a meet-up of those Wikimedians who are interested in education at Wikimania?
It can be a nice idea, but if you are interested in it, then plan it very, very quickly. The program planning committee already received many proposals for sub-meetings and the "first come first served" rule is very relevant. Contact wikimania-program@wikimedia.org ASAP.
