Hi, by chance I had a look at uz.wiktionary.org - it is being vandalised (or better spammed with urls) regularly, but up to now has no obvious contents. wouldn't it make sense to block it from being edited? Or at least find someone who looks after it once a month to do the clean-up (having admin rights)?
Thanks,
Sabine

Hello Sabine, I constantly report those spam entries on meta, also other small Wiktionaries are affected (also other small Wikiprojects). http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Spam_blacklist#4t7e.5C.info http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Spam_blacklist#www.010b.info http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Spam_blacklist#www.e16.info Please report spam also there.
I agree with you to protect those pages. (unfortunately no one has sysop rights there). I made the proposal to protect the pages that are always spamed here: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Vandalism_reports#zya9.info_spammer (See the list of usually spammed pages there)
