None of them. it would be put on the foundation Wiki as the close introduction of Wiktionary. The Foundation Wiki is not so popular but donors visit it. Now there is a short description with all other project/ http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Our_projects
I would like to enrich that description to give our Wikitionary a separate page. The page for all project still will remain and a link to "further information" will be added.

When we finish it, yes, but not now. I love we make another draft for Wiktionary. And I am sure on this mailinglist the most appropriate people who do this work are gathering.
