start with this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Common.css
it is not present on pms wikipedia - I tried to create the same template on nap wikipedia - and this is what I found was missing there as well.
then when reloading the Template: Infobox Lenga you will find that another template is missing.
I don't have time to follow this now - I can have a look at it tomorrow morning.
