I think change xxx-xxx > xxx is not worth extra efforts of small wikis' communities (to file new bugs, organising/proving consensus of community etc). At least for Võro Wikipedia it's not a real bug or problem and the wiki can very well continue also under an old xxx-xxx code. It just seems to be wise, correct and systematic to use an official code for all wikis that have such code.

Hi,
The Võro language has had now its own ISO code vro for about two years but the Võro Vikipeediä works still under the URL: fiu-vro.wikipedia.org. Would it be possible soon to change it to the vro.wikipedia.org?
Wikis have never been renamed as of now, but there's a big list of wikis waiting to be renamed: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19986
I suggest that you file a bug about the fiu-vro => vro change soon. You should include a link confirming the new code and also include a link to community consensus if possible.
