Hi,
there's a whole page dealing with that issue (the experts call it "disambiguation") in all major Wikipedias. Here's the English one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Disambiguation (with links to articles in other languages).
I don't really get the second part of your question but the page dealing with redirects will probably help: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Redirects

Hello,
I signed up for this list, because one my favorite hobbies is contributing to Wikipedia.
I am having a problem though with something I want to submit.
Multiple meanings--say you have a Taxi as in mode of transportation and Taxi the TV show. How do you put the TV show up? The "Taxi" listing is just an example as I'm sure the TV show listing is up. How do you add a title of a book, movie, or record if the meaning is shared? And what's worse what the title I want to add. The proper definition of the word actually takes you to page of a redirect and not the word itself.
So any help would be kindly appreciated. Thanks. :)
