Hoi, The localisations were done. They are now available thanks to Nikerabbit and the people working on the localisation :) We will ensure that the localisations are available before we ask for the creation of a next project that is the first for a language.
Jesse knows that the localisation is an essential part of the process of creating a new language. It should not be a surprise to him that without the localisation going live the project should not go live.

- Make the localisation available
- Make the new language available in its first project
as Jesse said, it's up to you to make sure the localisations are done. all i know is that someone asked for a new Wikipedia; no-one told me anything about language files. if you want the localisations merged first, ask someone to do that before you ask for the wiki to be created.
