Now that intlwiki-l is officially merged into wikipedia-l, I suggest a new mailing list for Wikimedia-wide issues so this list isn't cluttered by non-Wikipedia issues. I propose the name foundation-l to avoid constant Wikipedia/Wikimedia typos.
