What we have done will give us a bit of information as to how serious they are about blocking us. There is a vast difference between blocking done as the result of a policy decision at the highest level of the government and blocking done by someone who saw something THEY didn't like.

Yes, we have reports from various part of the land that people can access WikiMedia-contents without proxy.
As side effect, we have today again a lot of new articles with copyright violations, far more than the days before :-( .
