My NPOV instincts lead me to want to edit this from "point out" to "claim". "point out" implies that their claims are true.
Also present is the assertion "At the same time, Encarta provides a safer environment than the Web does for student research," stated as if it were an accepted fact. Some would obviously dispute this. :)
