Well, none of the English sources were all that clear about what it was. One article about MSN moving into Russia lead me to believe it was some sort of ISP, because it was being used in too specific a sense - I wouldn't expect to see "Ennet" (English Internet) used that way, so I didn't think it could be a generic term like that. If you know what it really is, of course, the article could use help.
