I have update list of pages with many interwiki links but NOT to a certain language. http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Common_Interwiki_links
These might constitute some kind of 'missing pages' for these Wikipedias, or just pages that are not linked to.
The lists are based on English Wikipedia interwiki count (German Wikipedia interwiki count for English).
Do you have the raw data available (in the form of English pages with the languages they link to)? If so, could I have them so I can do a new comparison of
