Er, do you mean skins and the like? If so, go to:
http://ang.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences
(for example) and follow any of the links starting with "User data", etc. For example, select 'Scynn' (skin) and switch between Nostalgia and Cologne Blue? The latter is my favourite thus far.
