Yes it is. I had to chase around removing the low-res versions of the things.
The 64x64 versions? Shouldn't we be using SVGs where possible anyway? The 128x128s have fairly big file sizes.
Not all of the images have SVGs and for those that do there are often differences between the PNG and SVG version; see http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Project_Nuvola_2.0%2B for examples.
As for the filesizes of the 128x128 icons, most of their usages are thumbnailed anyway.
