I would very much like NOT to have some english sysops anywhere near our national language wikipedia. Since it's EN: I don't worry how did they become sysops, not my business who trusted them and why, but possibly *I* don't trust them at all, and I would like not to be the one to clean up the mess after them.

Are you suggesting that a sysop on one wikipedia would be sysop on all wikipedias ?
