It appears the Esperanto Wikipedia is on a stamp. Well, Esperanto is on the stamp; a chunk of the text from [[eo:L. L. Zamenhof]] is used as a sort of background illustration.

Canadian stamps at least have copyright notices. :-)
We should tell the Israelis we'll overlook this little mistake in return for a free license for all of Israel's stamp images...
Make sure this also applies to the tabs, since these are a unique feature of Israeli stamps.
This is the beginning of a whole new subject for topical (thematic) collectors.
