thanks to the efforts of Armin Klempert (akl) wikipedia.de is registered to Kurt again. Armin contacted the domain grabber and persuaded him to hand wikipedia.de back to us. Great work! The changes will take some time but you can see the first signs of the switch using the whois interface of http://www.denic.de/ Regards
