According to the GFDL that's expicitly not enough: all the required materials must be distributed as part of the work, in the same format (i.e., on paper). Just pointing to the original isn't enough. Actually, even with other websites pointing to the original isn't enough, we're just being nice and letting them do so as a courtesy.
